1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ph768.org, creating an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on the ph768 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ph768 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph768 supports the following payment channels as available from time to time: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the ph768 account dashboard and may be updated without prior notice.
• Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited to the player's ph768 balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ph768 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus conditions applicable across all ph768 promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the relevant promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

10 Limitation of Liability

ph768 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use or inability to use the platform.

11 Termination & Suspension

ph768 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or notification from PAGCOR that the player is subject to a gaming exclusion order.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures as set out in the account dashboard).

Upon termination, ph768 will return any verified, unencumbered account balance to the player via their registered payment method, less any amounts subject to active investigation, bonus wagering obligations, or legal hold.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter, as amended), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and the Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of Philippine courts for purposes of litigating all such claims.

13 Amendments

ph768 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph768 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a platform notification. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page. Your continued use of ph768 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
